Can I store my documents on the Shield & Sanity dashboard? - No. For security reasons, you download our templates to populate them in your personal files, and store your logs locally.
- We don’t retain your sensitive files—other than the custody order or other pertinent documents used to customize your specific AI package, if subscribed.

What does the Conversation Assistant do? - Responds to texts and emails from your ex with logic, boundaries, and custody order compliance in mind.
- It’s trained to recognize and defuse narcissistic tactics like gaslighting, baiting, and blame-shifting.
- Helps you stay calm, consistent, and documented.
Can I trust the AI to reflect my custody order? - Yes. When you subscribe to a plan, we ask that you upload your custody order, the AI uses it to tailor responses that stay within your legal boundaries.
- You retain full control and review all drafts before sending.
- You can also continue to communicate with the AI to tailor the response if you want better clarity or to include certain points. As a matter of fact, this helps it perform better!
How can I be sure that the AI will not escalate conflict? - It can’t, at least not from the way its writing for you. It’s explicitly trained in de-escalation and gray rock tactics. It will never "fight back" or use emotional language.
- Neither the AI, nor Shield and Sanity can control how the other side reacts, though…When challenged, even in the most de-escalated situations, the worst of narcissistic personalities will dig in harder.
- When this happens, the AI helps you stay your ground, and guides you as to when you need to respond, and when you don’t.

Can the AI help me gather evidence? - Gather evidence? Sort-of. Make use of the mess of evidence you have…DEFINITELY!

Why is there a setup fee? - Your situation is unique. The setup fee covers the time it takes to personalize your private dashboard and private AI using your custody order and other provided documentation and requests.
Can I cancel at any time? - Yes, you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time.

Do I need to be tech-savvy to use this? - Not at all. We provide a simple, user-friendly dashboard. Most clients just copy/paste texts and emails to get started.

Do you store my messages or responses? - No. All communication drafts are generated and delivered directly to you.
- Nothing is stored on our end except your custody order, and other submitted documents built to customize your tools (securely).
Is this safe to use in a legal case? - Yes. Our tools are designed to help you stay compliant and document patterns clearly.
- Many users use our logs in mediation, court, or with parenting coordinators.
- All of our systems are designed to build your exhibit library, in an organized way that your professional team can put the documents behind it to use.
Who can access my AI assistants? - Only you. We don’t give anyone access to your responses or AI activity
- Even our team cannot see your conversations.
